Unmasked Tribe: Death before defeat of the soul.

We ought to dive back in the wisdom of the older days. And we ought to be careful with unearned wisdom. For wisdom is something that has a time and a place and a cultural undertone to it. Try to separate the word from the label from the culture from the meaning from the world from the sacred universe and you’re left with the harrowing emptiness that defines the senescence of our time in history.

So wisdom has to be presented to you in a way you can assimilate it. And that cannot be just a book.

You see, we need more than a book on Epictetus and Seneca. We need fewer texts, more interaction. Which is why I am starting, alongside The Underground Church, the Unmasked Tribe. The main problem with the word church in our Canadian society is a lot of people stumble on that word and dismiss the rest of the message.

Unmasked truths and untrammelled freedom is the name of the game.

I am from the camp that wisdom is something that is lived first, then talked about, then written about, and then finally published in a book. Wisdom that stays in a book isn’t wisdom. Church like a church that stays closed and never do outreach isn’t a church. For if you know the truth and do not preach it, you are guilty of sin by omission, that is, missing the target of creating the most beautiful of all the world.

The truth shall be unmasked, just like our smiles and our hearts. Chasing the inner invincibility of the soul is what Men (and women!) are supposed to do. Nobility of character and invincibility: that’s it.

Have a good day,
