10:14 AM UPDATE: Yes, fireworks. No asteroid, no mini-nuke. End of the story? Unsure. What is an ammo cache hidden in a firework depot? I mean… can firework explodes with THAT much pressure? This is spectacular. Reminds me of the dynamite explosion in Halifax a hundred years ago.
10:20 AM UPDATE: The more I watch the footage, the more that the fireworks excuse is simply a smoke screen, and that was a well-thought out plan. Frame per frame analysis:

UPDATE 10:30 AM: Apparently, there was a massive weapon cache in that building. (Source, Subreddit Lebanon). The governor of #Beirut just compared the explosion to Hiroshima and Nagasaki apparently as well. No sh*t. More video! This one is insane!

Update 11:52 : new private sources told me to have a look at what was about to happen this Friday in Beirut… that’s right! It was the Hariri tribunal verdict! Remember, the president was killed when a truck loaded with 1000 Kg of TNT detonated next to his convoy. A UN-backed jury is trying four suspects from the Shi'ite Hezbollah.
See where I am going with that? Here’s what the former Lebanese President said a few days ago: "We ... look forward to August 7 being a day of truth and justice for Lebanon and a day of punishment for the criminals,"
Yeah, looks like CIA-backed Hezbollah is trying to stir some stuff up!
