Well, as many pointed out, this wasn’t a normal outage. It was a DDoS and a helluva massive one.

The road map and aim was set out by the PMO and is as follows:
– Phase in secondary lockdown restrictions on a rolling basis, starting with major metropolitan areas first and expanding outward. Expected by November 2020. (Happening as of Nov 15th 2020)
– Rush the acquisition of (or construction of) isolation facilities across every province and territory. Expected by December 2020.
– Daily new cases of COVID-19 will surge beyond the capacity of testing, including increases in COVID-related deaths following the same growth curves. Expected by end of November 2020.
– Complete and total secondary lockdown (much stricter than the first and second rolling phase restrictions). Expected by end of December 2020 – early January 2021
– Reform and expansion of the unemployment program to be transitioned into the universal basic income program. Expected by Q1 2021.
– Projected COVID-19 mutation and/or co-infection with a secondary virus (referred to as COVID-21) leading to a third wave with a much higher mortality rate and a higher rate of infection. Expected by February 2021.
– Daily new cases of COVID-21 hospitalizations and COVID-19 and COVID-21 related deaths will exceed medical care facilities capacity. Expected Q1 – Q2 2021.
– Enhanced lockdown restrictions (referred to as Third Lock Down) will be implemented. Full travel restrictions will be imposed (including inter-province and inter-city). Expected Q2 2021.
– Transitioning of individuals into the universal basic income program. Expected mid-Q2 2021.
– Projected supply chain break downs, inventory shortages, large economic instability. Expected late Q2 2021.
– Deployment of military personnel into major metropolitan areas as well as all major roadways to establish travel checkpoints. Restrict travel and movement. Provide logistical support to the area. Expected by Q3 2021.
Along with that provided road map, the Strategic Planning Committee was asked to design an effective way of transitioning Canadians to meet an unprecedented economic endeavour. One that would change the face of Canada and forever alter the lives of Canadians. What we were told was that in order to offset what was essentially an economic collapse on an international scale, the federal government was going to offer Canadians total debt relief. This is how it works: the federal government will offer to eliminate all personal debts (mortgages, loans, credit cards, etc) which all funding will be provided to Canada by the IMF under what will become known as the World Debt Reset program.

However, I’m starting to see the big picture here. Klaus S. is telling us that the next pandemic will be a computer one. Bill Gates already told us that the second pandemic will really get our attention this time. David Goldberg mentioned, 18 months ago, about a future flu-like disease that would lock us up, and then the Elites would roll black out to shutdown the country. A whistleblower from the parliament here in Canada mentioned “Debt forgiveness”.
Klaus said 2 things: internet shutdown and power blackout. Bank reset. This is the Dark Winter scenario that Biden was referencing too, 10 days ago.
Do you start seeing the big picture now?
I see it. It’s fucking glorious! No internet? No power? Full TEOTWAWKI. After all, if they want to eliminate ALL POVERTY by 2030, they need to bring down the number of people on Earth by… a lot.

Remember the study that showed that 90% of the Americans could die in case we got hit by a Carrington-Level Event? Right. Me too.

James Woolsley, chairman of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies and former director of the Central Intelligence Agency, what would happen to society if the electrical grid were to be down for an extended period of time, such as a year or two, following an EMP event?
Woolsley responded, “It’s briefly dealt with in the commission report of [2008]. There are essentially two estimates on how many people would die from hunger, from starvation, from lack of water, and from social disruption. One estimate is that within a year or so, two-thirds of the United States population would die. The other estimate is that within a year or so, 90% of the U.S. population would die. We’re talking about total devastation. We’re not talking about just a regular catastrophe.”

He was so right from the get-go. Too right. It’s the only conspiracy that kept me up at night. See the above video of Klaus himself warning us about a future blackout and internet outage… it sealed the deal for me.
When the power goes out, run for the hills. When the internet goes out, run for the hills too. Have a contingency plan in place. You’ll have very few hours to make a move.

When they are talking about flattening the curve, they are talking about flattening the curve of the population.
When they are talking about reducing the carbon footprint, they really talk about reducing… yes. Us. Eliminating, that is.
