While researching more info about it, I stumbled upon a man on Reddit that read My Big TOE (Theory Of Everything) and claimed that it changed his life. Thomas Campbell was a friend of Bob Monroe (founder of the Monroe Institute.).

I will read Thomas’s book this week and report back.
