So, the science is clear. It is possible to control cells using electromagnetic frequency.
Let’s go deeper. You might want to get familiar with Elizabeth A. Rauscher. She has multiple patents registered in the US.
Dr. Elizabeth Rauscher-Bise was a nuclear scientist and researcher at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and at Stanford Research Institute, Professor of Physics at John F. Kennedy University of California, research consultant to NASA and the U.S. Navy, and a member of IEEE, APS, AAAS, MAA, ANA, AAMI. Elizabeth Rauscher-Bise identified specific frequency effects to induce nausea, happiness and many other behavioral states decades ago.
Dr. Rauscher-Bise was… very confident in her abilities: “Give me the money and three months”, she boasts, “and I’ll be able to affect the behavior of 80 per cent of the people in this town without their knowing it. Make them happy – or at least they’ll think they’re happy. Or aggressive.”

This is connected to Magneto tech reported on by the Guardian in 2015/16 and recent articles about ferritin bonded proteins that regulate deep brain cells and their interactions with the dopamine processes that can be modulated via heating nanoparticles in the brain by a magnetic grid system, likely a SMART city cell tower or WiFi array and induce the behavioural responses desired by the grid system operators.
