Austria plans to detain unvaccinated FOREVER.

2022: You’ll be jailed and pay for your detention

Unlike other prisoners, it is not the public sector that pays for it, but the person concerned must bear his costs himself during this time. So the perpetrator also has to pay for his food and cell.

Another interesting passage in the legal text: The “prisoners must be stopped in prison rooms”, which are separated from prisoners “who are stopped according to provisions other than this federal law”. Thus, according to this amendment to the law, own prison floors or prison buildings for opponents of vaccination are apparently to be created.

I wish this title would be a clickbait one. But it just ain’t so. From the same country that gave us Adolf Hitler, Austria is now giving us permanent jail time starting in the Spring of 2022 for those unvaccinated. You will be fined every 3 months, or every month, and if you don’t pay (no one will), you’ll get up to a year in jail, at your own expenses. Even murderers have it less rough! If you couldn’t afford 600 euros fine in the first place, you will certainly not be able to afford 20 000 euros tab from a year in jail. So, then, what will happen? You’ll get thrown back in jail, as you can’t afford to not be in jail. Catch-22. Brilliant.

Here’s the translation from the latest news on their mandatory jab program:

All details about the law against vaccination opponents: Up to one year in prison.

The fine is now milder at € 2,000 (instead of € 7,200), but the amendment to the law against anti-vaccination opponents is explosive in terms of democratic politics: In Austria, vaccination critics face a year of custody in the future. The amendment already passed the parliamentary committee. There should be separate detention rooms for the vaccination critics, and the costs for food will be charged to “the obligated”.

Austria's prisons could become overcrowded in the coming year. Quietly, and without wanting to attract a lot of attention, the government has now completed the current template for the enforcement of the planned vaccination requirement.

Specifically, this is a corresponding change to the Administrative Enforcement Act. The text of the law, which has already passed the designated parliamentary committee and has only been approved by the ÖVP, SPÖ, the Greens and NEOS with the opposing votes of the FPÖ, is available to the eXXpress. Accordingly, anyone who refuses to be vaccinated against the corona virus despite being asked to pay a fine of 2000 euros.

But it will not stop with a one-off payment: Each violation is punished again with 2000 euros - as with violations of the speed limit. And: Anyone who refuses to be vaccinated and also to pay the fines should be taken into custody. The costs for the detention of the vaccine opponents are "to be collected by the obligated". Those affected have to bear the costs of detention themselves.

And analogous to the fines, the duration can add up in case of repetition: While initially a prison sentence of up to four weeks is possible, the government plans to extend the maximum duration to one year (!).Particularly explosive: unlike other prisoners, the public purse does not pay for it, but the person concerned has to bear the costs incurred during this time himself.

So the perpetrator also has to pay for his food and his cell.Another interesting passage in the text of the law: "Prisoners are to be held in custody rooms", which are separate from prisoners, "who are held in accordance with provisions other than this federal law".

Thus, according to this amendment to the law, there are apparently separate prison floors or prison buildings for anti-vaccination opponents. 2000 € fine - and imprisonment if "this is not out of proportion to the purpose". . . The new law is due to come into force in 2022.

On December 2, the constitutional committee gave the green light to the bill - without the content being openly discussed again beforehand. The regulation is to come into force in a few weeks in 2022. Changes would still be possible - but there was no criticism of any kind among the members of the governing parties, as excerpts from the minutes of the committee meeting, which are available to the eXXpress, show. From the new legal text: Detention checks for vaccine opponents after four months, then every four weeks. What the members of the parliamentary committee said about itWe are publishing the original transcript from the parliamentary committee here: The proposed amendment ( 1176 dB ) stipulates a maximum total duration of one year of custody. In addition, it provides for a legal remedy based on the model of the deportation detention complaint, i.e. it extends legal protection.

In principle, the enforcement of precarious detention is the exception in Austria, is emphasized in the declarations. Usually fines are used as a preventive measure. In the committee meeting, Friedrich Ofenauer (ÖVP) emphasized that convicting detention should be understood as a last resort, which is only used if the rule of law cannot be helped to achieve a breakthrough through fines. The Green MP Agnes Sirkka Prammer underlined that a state is only as strong as its ability to enforce decisions. She pointed to a built-in legal protection mechanism through which the legality of the detention is continuously checked.Johannes Margreiter (NEOS) signaled his approval and went on to say that this is not about classic violations of the law, but about individual cases, for example if a decision about an action to be taken is not followed.Christian Drobits (SPÖ) particularly emphasized the limitation of imprisonment to one year. The Freedom Party struck a more critical tone. Susanne Fürst (FPÖ) addressed the ongoing debate on mandatory vaccination, which made the topic particularly explosive.

According to her, it cannot be ruled out that precautionary detention could soon be used en masse, especially for those unwilling to vaccinate. This must be clearly ruled out. There is already a political consensus on this, replied constitution minister Karoline Edtstadler. They want to get people to vaccinate and not lock them up, which can also be recorded in the law of matter. According to Edtstadler, the possibility under administrative law to enforce the desired behavior must be guaranteed so that the legal system maintains its credibility. The government bill was accepted by a majority without the votes of the FPÖ.

So is this coming to Canada?

Unbelievable what’s going on there. Paedophiles leave the court with treatment but completely impeccable citizens will be imprisoned for up to a year at their own expense if you do not be forced to undergo untested, ineffective, dangerous, experimental gene therapy. Of course, no one is liable and if a country has a law where the pharmaceutical mafia would have to pay for damages, unfortunately you cannot deliver there. Politicians are nothing more than corrupt pharmaceutical representatives and should be convicted in a proper court.

If this comes to pass, Europe is going down in civil war, no doubt.

UK apparently is getting ready for that:

One last thing… this reminds me of the terrifying leak of October 2020: “Committee members asked who would become the owner of the forfeited property and assets in that scenario and what would happen to lenders or financial institutions, we were simply told “the World Debt Reset program will handle all of the details”. Several committee members also questioned what would happen to individuals if they refused to participate in the World Debt Reset program, or the HealthPass, or the vaccination schedule, and the answer we got was very troubling. Essentially we were told it was our duty to make sure we came up with a plan to ensure that would never happen. We were told it was in the individuals best interest to participate. When several committee members pushed relentlessly to get an answer we were told that those who refused would first live under the lock down restrictions indefinitely. And that over a short period of time as more Canadians transitioned into the debt forgiveness program, the ones who refused to participate would be deemed a public safety risk and would be relocated into isolation facilities. Once in those facilities they would be given two options, participate in the debt forgiveness program and be released, or stay indefinitely in the isolation facility under the classification of a serious public health risk and have all their assets seized.”

So as you can imagine after hearing all of this it turned into quite the heated discussion and escalated beyond anything I’ve ever witnessed before. In the end it was implied by the PMO that the whole agenda will move forward no matter who agrees with it or not. That it wont just be Canada but in fact all nations will have similar roadmaps and agendas. That we need to take advantage of the situations before us to promote change on a grander scale for the betterment of everyone. The members who were opposed and ones who brought up key issues that would arise from such a thing were completely ignored. Our opinions and concerns were ignored. We were simply told to just do it.”

Interesting times ahead.
