UPDATE #2: THIS FOLKS. THIS ONE. I can do $50k. We need 7 other people.

That’s it, folks: We need to make a plan in case North America goes full ZYPHR (oh, it will).

We can get a decent place in Mexico for less than $10 000 CAD. I got a few great locations in mind.

We need to think 2025+. We need to think about the future of our kids (or the kids of others). We might just need to lay down the first cornerstone this winter. I might be able to take a few weeks off from work (or work remotely). Some of us can work remotely, some of us can’t: as long as there’s someone there taking care of it, we’re good.

Why Mexico? Cause it’s the best! Whoever had the blessing of spending any amount of time in rural Mexico knows what I’m talking about.

I always wanted to start a music/art school, coding school for kids in Vanuatu. Maybe now Vanuatu is out of reach. And, I mean, c’mon, Mexico!? All that we would ever need!

So, yes, let’s find people willing to not only invest $1k to $10k each –but also coming over and building and teaching and living– on the little off-the-grid paradise in Mexico. A sort of eco-village, low key, not too yogi, for the Mexican people and for the rest of the planet. I see it as a sort of Ark, you know.

You guys are 10 000 to 20 000 visitors a month here: Let’s work together and engineer our solution out of this clusterfuck. Let’s create the most beautiful world. Right here, and right now.

Music school.

Art school.

Hostel.

Eco-village. Gardens. Farming. A mud house would be better for me than a 350 000 dollars home in Canada.

Anything is possible, for we are the Architects of the Better World.
