Vanilla-Berry Cashew-shake

A small cup of strawberries 

A small cup of raspberries 

One small avocado 

One Banana 

2.5 cups vanilla Cashew milk 

One scoop of your favorite protein powder

2 tsp Chia seeds 

1/2 tsp Vanilla 

1/4 tsp Ashwagandha root powder 

3 ice cubes 

Blueberry Cheesecake 

2 cups Vanilla Cashew Milk 

1 cup blueberries

Half a banana

.5 cup mascarpone cheese 

.5 cup low sugar vanilla yogurt

1 scoop vanilla protein powder 

2 tsp vanilla 

2 tsp flaxseed 

Butter Nut Decadence

 2 cups cashew milk

Half a banana 

1 scoop vanilla protein powder 

1 tbsp almond butter 

1 tbsp peanut butter 

.5 tbsp tahini 

.5 tbsp coconut oil 

1 tbsp chia seeds


Peanut Butter Jelly time 

2 cups Almond Milk 

1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder 

2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter

.5 cup rasperries or mixed berry  

.5 banana or avocado 

1 tsp sesame or flaxseed oil

1tsp vanilla

2tsp flax seed 

3 ice cubes

Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top for an extra crunch 

Cookie Dough Flurry

One avocado

1.5 cups vanilla cashew milk

One scoop vanilla protein powder

3 tsp vanilla 

3 tsp chia seeds 

3 tsp flax seed 

2 tsp maple syrup

1 tbsp avocado oil

4 ice cubes 

Blend everything till smooth 

Then add Dark Chocolate chips 

Blend again for only 2-3 seconds till the chocolate chips are slightly chopped. 


Chocolate Cake 

2.5 cups Almond milk 

1.5 scoop Chocolate Protein mix 

1 avocado 

2 tbsp pure organic cocoa powder 

1 tbsp flaxseed oil 

1 tbsp avocado oil 

1 tbsp coconut sugar

4 ice cubes 

For extra decadence:

Blend till smooth then add half a 85% plus chocolate bar 

Blend again for a few seconds till there’s chucks of chocolate in it.

But first... Coffee Smoothie!

1 cup coffee 

1 cup cashew or almond milk

.5 scoop vanilla protein powder 

1 tbsp peanut butter  

1 tbsp instant coffee 

.5 tbsp coconut oil 

Add: 1 tsp: chaga, ash saga root powder or immune boost 

Moccachino

2 cups of coffee 

1.5 scoop chocolate protein powder 

1 avocado 

.5 cup almond or cashew milk

1 tbsp pure organic cocoa powder 

1 tsp vanilla 

1 tsp cinnamon 

1 tsp nutmeg 

2 tsp avocado or coconut oil 

3 ice cubes

1 scoop vanilla protein powder 

1 Avacado

2 tsp cinnamon 

2 tsp turmeric 

1 tsp nutmeg 

1 tsp cardamom 

2 tsp flax seed

2 tsp coconut sugar 

3 ice cubes 

Smoothie Upgrades 

1 tsp Ashwagandha root powder 

1 tsp ester-c

1 tsp chaga powder 

1tsp collagen 

1 tsp probiotic

Coconut Peanut Butter Bars

Base

1.5 cups organic shredded coconut 

2.5 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 scoop vanilla protein powder 

1/2 a frozen banana-defrosted 

2 tsp chia seeds

2 tsp flax seed 

Mix and bake for 20 minutes at 150c

Let it sit for a couple of minutes then put in fridge approx five minutes 

Topping 

2 tsp sprinkled, Eat Salty Again Himilayan Pink salt

Mix either 100% raw cocoa nibs or 90% dark chocolate chopped into chunks approx chocolate chip size sprinkle on top 

Crush almonds (20-30) roasted (salted or unsalted) and sprinkle on top 

Give a little press to top mixture till in sinks into the bottom. 

You may leave in fridge or on counter depending on your preference.
